Welcome to Listo! We will outline what each of the different staff status colors on your dashboard means.
Every open task on them live dashboard will show the status of an assigned staff member. Multiple status icons will show for locations where multiple staff are assigned.
The legend below explains what each colored ring means.
Green status means the staff member is active and signed into the smartwatch. The staff should be readily available to accept new tasks.
Yellow status means the staff member is inactive for the last 15 minutes, but still signed into the smartwatch. The staff might not be available to accept new tasks.
Grey means the staff is inactive and not signed into the smartwatch. The staff is not available to accept new tasks.
