Welcome to Listo! This article will show you how to change the smartwatch PIN code for a staff member.
This is useful to know in case a staff member cannot remember the assigned PIN code which is required to be able to log-in on the watch.
💡There is no way to change a staff's PIN code from the smartwatch. Only an admin can change the PIN code from the dashboard. Feel free to check out Resetting PINs under our Staff and Teams article for more information on how to change the PIN code.
