Welcome to Listo! We will show you how to log into your smartwatch by following these easy steps.
As instructed by administrators or managers, staff members can log into the smartwatch before the start of their shift to receive notifications of tasks coming from their assigned locations.
💡In the event a staff member forgets their username or PIN, feel free to check out the Resetting Staff PINs section on our Staff and Teams article for more information.
Staff members will receive their own unique username and PIN from your company's Listo Dashboard administrator.
Once an employee has their username and PIN, from the watch screen, tap on the Listo app to get to the login page. There a staff member can enter their username and tap Enter.
You will be taken to another screen where you need to enter your PIN.
When done, simply tap Enter.
You will see another screen confirming that you are now logged in.
