Where Do I Find The Reports?

See Listo's built-in reporting and customizable reporting system.

Hi and welcome to Listo! In this article, we will show you where to find the reports, the different data in reports, and how to customize and download a report.

💡Only users with Owner access will be able to see and view the reports. Check out our Member Roles article to learn more.


From the dashboard, your performance metrics for the default time period is displayed. If you wish to show the data for a custom date range, click on the date field and choose the preferred date from the drop-down calendar, then click Apply.

The dashboard will display the following data:

  • Total Requests, which is broken down by completed, unattended, and cancelled requests. This is useful to have an overall view of your business performance.

  • Requests Over Time, that shows all received requests on a daily basis. This is useful to determine the trends and what days are the busiest.

  • Popular Action Requests, that shows the top requests chosen by guests. This is useful to see what action requests your guests like.

  • Links Clicked, that shows the total number of clicked links. This is useful to see how many times your guests were taken to one of your external links.

  • Top Responders, that shows data on the staff with most completed requests, the average response time, and average completion time. This is useful to measure the efficiency of your staff.

  • Requests by Location, that shows the number of requests received per location group. This provides an overview on which locations are the busiest and which are not.

  • Operation Performance Metrics, such as total number of active guests, active staff, and active locations. This provides insights on your current Guest-to-Staff ratio.

  • Average Times, such as average staff response time and average staff completion time. This is useful to see how efficient your staff is when performing and completing requests.

  • Feedback, such as average reaction and comments. This provides a guest feedback summary and rating that indicates how your guests feel and the quality of service they have received.
