Welcome to Listo! We are going to show you how to use the filters to easily highlight actions across multiple locations. This is helpful for bulk staff assignments, making quick changes to different actions, and much more.
Using Filters For Staff Assignments and Turning Actions On Across Multiple Locations
There are different categories that can be used to filter through actions across all locations.
Action Type - Filter using the general action types (Request, Link, or Feedback).
Locations - Filter using a single or multiple location names.
Action - Filter using a single or multiple action names.
Staff - Filter using the staff already assigned to actions.
💡There are Select All and Clear Selection buttons at the bottom of each category list.
After setting your filters, click Select All to highlight every action across all locations that match.
After, choose the preferred actions at the bottom of the screen to make the desired changes.
Assign Staff - assigns a staff or team to the selected action.
Escalate - sets up an escalation policy to a staff or team for the selected action.
Delete - deletes the selected action.
Turn On/Turn Off - activated or deactivates the selected action.
After, simply press the X button to close the actions menu.
