Welcome to Listo! We will show you how to set up the Escalation feature for Action Requests. This is helpful especially when there are important action requests that need to be resolved in a timely manner, (e.g. Guests asking for a server, etc.).
When the Escalation feature is turned on, the assigned staff will receive a notification if the Action Request is not responded to within the set time amount.
๐กThe default escalation time limit is 10 minutes, but this can be changed as needed.
Activating The Escalation Feature
In the event there are multiple action requests and locations that require the same escalation policy, you can use the bulk assignment feature on the top of the page to make this seamless, compared to individually setting this up for each one.
Using the Bulk Assignment Feature To Set Up Escalations
๐กPlease note that you can assign individual staff or teams to the escalation policy. This is to ensure that someone from the escalation team will be notified, even when others are not online.
Congratulations! You now know how to set up an escalation policy across multiple actions over a single or multiple locations.
